I can’t explain how grateful I am for this collaboration. Let’s start with my initials, which are D.O.C because my Dad wanted them to represent ‘Dr. J.’ But, given Bugs Bunny’s infamous tagline— as a baby, my mom dressed me in Bugs Bunny clothing, gave me Bugs Bunny stuffed animals, toys, posters, sheets, and pretty much anything with Bugs on it. When the original Space Jam released, my worlds collided. Combining sports & culture has been the foundation of my career. This collaboration is inspired by the most iconic basketball moments we’ve ever seen, in the illustrated style of the Looney Tunes.

Proud to announce that I will be featured in the first issue of Best Kept Secret is themed, 10 FT DREAMS, an exploration of Filipino American identity with the lens of streetwear and basketball.
Please support this project so that you can hear not only my story but other Filipino’s taking space in the industry. It’s extremely important that we expose the youth to our success. I grew up curious but without seeing anyone who looked like me doing what I wanted to do. Athletes’ Voices, is a new program for athletes seeking to increase their influence + social impact.
I was brought on to create their identity and visual voice. Taking inspiration from hand painted picket signs, voice vibrations and the fight for change. Really happy how the branding came out and even more excited to see where it goes. Please check out the inspiration boards below to see part of the process.

Congrats to Candace Parker. September 16 has been proclaimed as 'Candace Parker Day' in Chicago.
In 2008 I was working with adidas and a young college phenom from the University of Tennessee was entering the WNBA and had just signed with adidas. I sketched out a logo that Candace had described but I never realized it became the official logo. Fast forward to today, Candace is launching 3 colorways of the Adidas Exhibit A shoe with the ACE logo I created on them, along with ACE gear and an UltraBoost PE to celebrate the start of the WNBA Playoffs. Look out for Nick DePaula’s show on the Boardroom talking to Candace about the new collection.

Check out the design I created for a Trophy Hunting® crewneck sweatshirt in collaboration with Howard University “Bison at the Beach” Inaugural Golf Classic & The Curry Brand. Stephen Curry was seen wearing one as well as other players he gifted for participating in the Pebble Beach event This event was held to assist the program in raising endowed funds and is part of Curry Brands involvement in the Howard Golf Team.
